Vinyl Replacement Window products

My number one goal at AAA Royal Construction is to keep you completely satisfied. My family worked in the home remodeling business for thirty years before I decided to start AAA Royal Windows in 1991. So, I already knew the only way to keep customers happy and referring me to all their friends was to make sure they were completely satisfied after every job.

I have implemented AAA Royal Construction Insurance. It provides an unconditional guarantee with every window that we install. Please ask your sales representative for details.

If by accident anything happens to a window I install, I will fix it at no charge. Lets say (for example) you are mowing your lawn and a rock thrown from the lawnmower blade cracks a window I installed. I will fix it. That's it. I believe service is most important before, during , and after a sale. If I take care of you, I know you will take care of me. The company I work with, ALSIDE (American Materials Incorporated) has 56 years experience making windows, and I have never had a problem with one of their windows. That's why I use them.

If you would like to talk more about an estimate, just dial toll free (800) 225-4082, or request an estimate online.

Thank you.

We believe in the zero pressure sale at AAA Royal Windows. Unfortunately, not all companies think this is the best way to treat their customers. Sometimes you may encounter a slick, high pressure salesperson trying to push you into signing a contract. This could bind you to a job before you really know what you are buying, or before you even have the chance to compare prices with someone else. We want to make sure everyone knows how we think a customer should be treated. To do this, we created a checklist for when you are confronted with a pushy or insistant salesperson.

1. Do you know name of salesperson and name and local address of company?

2. Do you know, or have you investigated to determine before signing the contract, that the company is of good reputation, dependable, responsible?

3. If any guarantee is given, is it in writing in the contract, clear and specific as to what it means and as to what will be done in event of trouble?

4. In reference to long-time guarantees, have you reason to believe that the company will be in existence or financially able to or willing to fulfill the guarantee, 10, 15 or 20 years later?

5. Have you obtained more than one bid on the same job on exactly the same specifications?

6. Are the salespersons and company authorized to represent the manufacturer they claim to represent.

7. Does the company provide liability and compensation insurance to protect you in event of accident?

8. Do you know what brand, grade and quality of window the company will use?

9. Does the contract contain the name and street address of company; specifications such as type and extent of work; when to be done or completed; areas; extras; description of materials such as quality, name, color, style, etc.; total cost, finance charges, annual percentage rate of interest, etc.?

10. Are the things you want done specified clearly in the contract?

11. Does the contract contain important verbal representations on which you depend?

12. Does the contract contain a provision for payment of damages by you if you cancel the contract?

13. Are you asked to sign the contract in blank?

14. Have you read and do you understand the contract completely before signing and are you to be given complete, readable copy signed by salesperson or company?

15. If the contract is to be signed in your home, does it contain a three day recision or "cooling off" clause permitting you to cancel it without penalty?

16. Are you asked to sign a completion certificate for the job by appeal, threat, or trick, before the job is properly completed?
